Jennifer:
Shiseido UV Whitening Eye Serum is designed to reduce dullness, spots, freckles and dark circles around the eye, and I found that it works wonders on under-eye circles. Shiseido only sells it in Asia; you can find it on the Shiseido Asia site or on eBay (where I got it). The serum ranges from $35 to $50, and I saw a difference in about a week using it once a day before putting on my makeup.

I use Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse Foundation not as a foundation but as a concealer for my under-eye circles. It's very light and doesn't feel or look like foundation. You can get it at any drugstore for $8.99 and it lasts forever if you use it as a concealer.

Bobbi Brown's Creamy Concealer Kit is a favorite of mine because it conceals the under-eye area without looking heavy. It is easy to apply and the duo of concealer and powder really sets it for the day.

The Neutrogena skin care line is by far my favorite. I have tried numerous skin care products, all much more expensive, and Neutrogena has given me the best results. The three-step process, Neutrogena Visibly Even Foaming Cleanser, Neutrogena Alcohol Free Toner and Neutrogena Visibly Even Daily SPF 15 Moisturizer used daily will leave your skin feeling smooth and even. And you can find all three products at most drugstores for less than $15 each!

I absolutely love Burt’s Bees Citrus Facial Scrub; it is nothing like other exfoliating scrubs on the market. It blends oats, orange peel, ground almonds and ground spices with rose petals to create a facial scrub that smells amazing and works wonders. After using the scrub, I always notice that my skin looks more even and healthy. I have problem skin and Burt’s Bees scrub is the only exfoliator that actually changes the appearance of my skin. It makes the task of exfoliating more like a fun treatment than a chore.
