Stranded on a Deserted Island
and all I need is …

Denise, Account Executive
You Rebel from Benefit is a tinted moisturizer that I cannot live without. It's perfect for weekend mornings when I don't want to look made up but wouldn't consider going out of the house bare-faced. Not only does it contain SPF 15, but also aloe and vitamins E and A. $28; www.sephora.com

Moe, Art Director
Oh, this is easy – being a pale pasty Irishwoman, I can't live without sunscreen. Avon has a great product called Anew Alternatives Intensive Age Treatment SPF 25 that makes my skin feel soft and dewy without a "sunscreeny" smell. Of course, you can order it online, but there is an Avon store located in Phoenix if you want immediate gratification. $32; Avon Beauty Center, 610 E. Bell Road, Phoenix; 602.863.2866; www.avon.com

In my efforts to find that perfect face wash, I have discovered Checks and Balances from Origins is the one face wash my face cannot live without. It does exactly what it says by gently balancing my dry and oily spots without leaving my face feeling stretched out. I also love the longevity of the 5oz bottle, which will last me about 6 months because it takes about the size of a pencil eraser to get the job done. $17.50; www.origins.com

I have permanent eyeliner and wake up to a subtle made-up look every morning; as a result, I am never caught without mascara, if only to avoid looking like I forgot to put it on that morning. My new splurge is Dior Diorshow BlackOut mascara at Sephora. It coats, separates and adds volume to each lash, avoiding clumping or over drying. It can be as dramatic or underplayed as I like it to be, depending on how I layer it – I feel naked without it. $23; www.sephora.com

If you are stranding me on a deserted island and all I get is one product ... I will reach for Jergens Soothing Aloe Relief Skin Conditioning Moisturizer. It is enriched with aloe, cucumber and eucalyptus and is as much a relief for dry, uncomfortable skin as it is an instant, all-day rescue from environmental stresses. Jergens lotions are available in all retail and drug stores, and best of all, it’s inexpensive. $5.28; www.jergens.com
