This is one of my favorite places to eat! The price is right, the food is good, and it's centrally located. Also, the interior decor is intimate and well done.

One note regarding the main dishes: I have not ventured into the "European" based dishes. I normally stick to the sushi, tempura, or katsu curry. With the Japanese-based dishes, though, they are excellent and priced right!

There is one dessert you absolutely have to try, but I can't remember the name of it. It's like a light, tart custard that comes in a bowl. It is absolutely fabulous!

There are downsides, though. If you get there at a bad time, there can be a wait (especially if you try to go there during lunch hour Monday through Friday). While I am okay with waiting, there isn't a place for waiting, unless you want to sit on the bench outside.

Also, while the service is good, they do take a while (especially after you're first seated). If you're in a rush, Tokyo Express is next door, which has made things convenient for me when I was in a rush.
