Quick service, inexpensive, tasty, healthy. That describes what I look for in most of my meals out. Tealight Cafe delivers on all accounts.

Tealight Cafe appears to be family run, and is a Vietnamese Deli that serves traditional Vietnamese dishes including pho (a light broth soup with thin slices of chicken or beef) and banh mi (sandwiches) of chicken or pork seasoned with a Vietnamese blend of spices that is different from most Asian food. The chicken sandwich also has shredded marinated carrots, cilantro and a touch of mayonnaise on a French roll.

Our favorite is a noodle bowl with beef (we substitute chicken but either is good), rice noodles, and 2 small egg rolls. The dish also has shredded carrots, cilantro, and a sprinkle of chopped peanuts. Served with a light dipping sauce on the side. YUM! Try it out!

I also really like Tealight Cafe for a quick, healthy, inexpensive meal. While I really like the Pho (soup) I also enjoy the grilled pork chops. Maybe not quite as healthy but really good.
